The SeqReady G-seq500 is a medium-throughput nanopore genetic sequencer with a dedicated MK chip that supports DNA/RNA nucleic acid sequencing.
The advantage is being able to read long sequences and accurately determine difficult regions such as structural variants (SVs), copy number variants (CNVs), short tandem repeats (STRs), etc.
“Single base” recognition technology effectively avoids systematic errors and can accurately recognize SNPs, INDELs and base homodimers, defining single sequences and consensus sequences with high accuracy.
The system adopts a reusable chip, which can be used for the identification of SNPs, INDELs and basic homopolymers.
The system adopts a reusable chip for flexible analysis capability. It enables the implementation of a wide range of application scenarios, including targeted sequencing, small and macro genome analysis, as well as transcriptomes, thanks to rapid library construction and real-time base calling, while ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
