TOC Analyzers

Teledyne Tekmar, formerly Tekmar Dohrmann, is a leader in the design and manufacture of analytical laboratory instruments. Its product range enhances the productivity of core laboratory instrumentation, with applications across numerous sectors, including environmental, pharmaceutical, water, food and beverage, forensic science, toxicology, petrochemical, industrial/chemical, and polymers/plastics. The VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) range has a global reach and includes sample preparation and injection systems for gas chromatography (GC), high-throughput Purge and Trap systems, static and dynamic headspace systems, and automated sample preparation systems. The Dohrmann range for TOC (Total Organic Carbon) and TN (Total Nitrogen) delivers unprecedented accuracy, analysis speed, high throughput and reliability for highly diverse samples, from semiconductor-grade water to wastewater. The software complies with the provisions of CFR 21 Part 11.

TOC/TN Analyzer (Combustion)

Torch

Torch; Uses a (patent pending) SPC (Static Pressure Concentration) system to analyze TOC/TN using high-temperature combustion. Complies with EPA Methods 415.1, 415.3 and 9060A, Standard Method 5310B, EP 2.2.44, ISO 8245,EN 1484, USP 643 (Chapter 24), ASTM D2579, prENV 13370, AOAC 973.47. NDIR detector, extended TOC measurement range of 50 ppb-30,000 ppm. TN option.

TOC Analyzer (Combustion)

Lotix

Lotix; a combustion-based TOC analyzer designed for accurate measurement of carbon in aqueous solutions down to ppb levels. Detection via NDIR Non-Dispersive Infrared detector. Ideal for increased efficiency in determining TOC in wastewater (Method 5310B and EPA Method 415), efficiency improvements of more than 25% can be achieved. Next-generation NDIR detector, TOC measurement range 50 ppb–20,000 ppm. 0.5 ml volume for 13–15 minutes of analysis.
